Baked by A.K. is a local woman owned small business based in Fullerton, CA. You can find us at the local weekly farmers’ markets and pop-ups throughout OC and LA. Follow us to stay up to date on where we will be poppin’ up!
All of our items are free of gluten and added sugar. We run on nut flour (almond and coconut) and Lakanto monk fruit. Since starting the business in 2020, we seemed to have evolved into the spot where the local farmers’ market goers come for the no gluten, no added sugar items. It didn’t start off that way, but that’s what the people wanted and came for and that is what we have evolved into!
In the midst of preparing to launch a business, I was lost and confused about everything. There is no one size fits all road map of the step by step instructions to move forward in starting a business. I started taking notes, writing down my progress, and listing questions I needed answers to. I started compiling them into blog posts and sharing them, in hopes that others could reference to or even shed insight on or share their own relatable experiences with.
